Switchfoot Performs 'This Is Home' On The Tonight Show With Jay …

The multi-Platinum selling rock band Switchfoot will perform “This Is Home” on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tomorrow (May 13). “This Is Home” was written and recorded by Switchfoot for the highly anticipated Walt Disney Studios and Walden Media May 16 theatrical release, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. The song will be heard in the body of the film and over the end title credits of the film, and will appear on the Original Walt Disney Records Soundtrack CD releasing May 13.
“The Tonight Show” appearance follows the May 2 debut of Switchfoot’s new “This Is Home” video on the homepage of Disney.com, which receives over a million visitors per day. Many more fans have seen the video at AOL.com, www.switchfoot.com and other online sites. Switchfoot also played the song live for a national TV audience on the Gospel Music Channel television network as part of the 39th Annual GMA Dove Awards telecast. Switchfoot recently taped the “This Is Home” music video in Los Angeles with director Brandon Dickerson who filmed Switchfoot’s most recent video, “Awakening,” from its current, acclaimed studio album, Oh! Gravity..
